1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by winpar, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slot games, and any promotional features made available through the winpar platform. Access to winpar constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using winpar and close your account.

winpar reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of winpar following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use winpar, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. winpar strictly prohibits access by anyone under 18. Age verification is required before withdrawals are processed.
• You must be a natural person accessing winpar in your individual capacity.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with winpar or any affiliated platform.
• You must ensure that accessing and using an online betting and casino platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. winpar does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in your location. It is your sole responsibility to verify compliance with local laws.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of winpar or any associated company.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each user may hold only one (1) account with winpar. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. winpar implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard industry practice. You may be required to provide:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport).
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill dated within 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds.

winpar reserves the right to suspend account functionality, including withdrawals, until satisfactory KYC documentation has been submitted and verified. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. winpar accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

winpar supports a range of payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, debit cards, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable.

• Deposits are generally credited to your winpar account in real time or within a few minutes of successful processing.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, subject to KYC verification.
• winpar reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may change from time to time.
• winpar conducts anti-money laundering (AML) checks on transactions. Suspicious transactions may be held pending investigation.
• winpar will never charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on winpar are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market. By placing a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time of placement. winpar reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed on markets that were offered in error, including incorrect odds caused by data or technical faults.
• Limit or refuse any bet from any user at its sole discretion, including where potential liability is considered excessive.
• Settle bets in accordance with official results from recognised governing bodies (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket and PSL fixtures).
• Suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice, particularly during live PSL or international cricket matches where data integrity cannot be guaranteed.

In-play bets accepted after an event outcome is already determined (e.g., due to data delay) are void. winpar's decision on bet settlement is final subject to any formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

6. Casino Games

All casino games on winpar — including live dealer tables, RNG slots, video poker, and instant-win products — are operated by certified providers whose software has been tested for fairness and randomness by independent auditing bodies. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game interface.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. Technical interruptions during a live session may result in a hand or round being voided, with stakes returned to the player's winpar account. winpar's technical records are the definitive source of truth in any dispute regarding game outcomes.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

winpar may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, or other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are credited to your winpar account balance and may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• winpar reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was issued in error or obtained through fraudulent means.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value independent of their wagering requirements.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Session Time Reminders: Notifications after defined periods of continuous play.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on winpar and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts belonging to third parties.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the winpar platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Providing false identity or financial information during registration or KYC.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the winpar platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and the winpar brand name — is the intellectual property of winpar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any winpar content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winpar excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use or inability to use the platform.
• Indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Losses resulting from interruption of service, platform downtime, or data loss.
• Acts of third-party payment processors or network providers.

winpar's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Amendments to Terms

winpar reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an on-platform notification. The updated Terms take effect from the date of publication on winpar.app/terms-conditions. Continued use of winpar following notification of changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute between you and winpar, we encourage you to first contact our support team so that the matter may be resolved informally. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised rules.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your local jurisdiction.
